Please note that next delivery is for orders made before 12 noon, Monday to Friday.
We offer next day delivery as standard. Order before 12 noon on products with the Next Day Delivery message and select Next Day Delivery at the checkout to get your order the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon may take an additional working day for delivery. Next Day Delivery is an expedited shipping service that is available to our customers in Ireland on working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Note on the dispatch of your order:
When you shop on Manepa.com, you can expect your order to be dispatched on the day of order if placed before 12 noon. When dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We may dispatch your order in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email. We’ll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.
Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday
If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items and we need to contact you to help you find your item.
When your order is dispatched from Manepa Medical, you will be sent an email confirming your parcel has been handed to the carrier and you can rest assured that it’s on its way to you!
Note on delivery delays:
Manepa Medical have chosen to work with only the best shipping providers and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from Manepa Medical, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control. We always monitor the performance of our carriers closely to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Click and Collect is only available to customers in the Republic of Ireland. Your order will be ready to collect after receipt of your email order confirmation.

Free delivery is available for everyone! All you need to do is ensure that your order value is higher than €60, and then select ‘Free Delivery’ as an option at the checkout.
Large or oversized items are exempt from Free Delivery and may carry an oversize charge.
We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with Manepa Medical is completely risk free. If you’re not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused and hasn’t been opened, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

From here, we’ll guide you through the returns process to make it as fast and as easy as possible. To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
To return your order the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please make sure you pack up your item(s) protectively. To guarantee delivery, we’d recommend that you send back your return using a tracked service.
Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer.
Returns can be dropped off, drop off must be pre-arranged and confirmed in writing where we will give clear details of the return day, time and Manepa Medical contact.
Once we receive your item, we’ll get to work on processing your return as fast as possible. If your return meets the requirements outlined above, we’ll process a refund for the item(s) back to your original method of payment within 14 working days. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements.
