Sonic Irrigator Parametric Controlled Flow (SI PCF).
The SI PCF has created a revolution in cannulated instrument cleaning. Since its launch in 2004 it has rapidly out-sold all other products and has become THE standard for complex instrument reprocessing. Tested, validated and approved by several major international MIS instrument manufacturers as an automated cleaning process for their instruments, the SI PCF stands out from other products in the market.
Up to 40 cannulated instruments in a single process. Using a combination of ultrasonic activity and irrigation to create the process of Sonic Irrigation, the SI PCF generates more power and greater flushing ability to enable it to clean the worlds most complex instruments, giving you the user the confidence that your instruments have been cleaned and disinfected using a process which has been scrutinised under several international standards and also bares the seal of approval from the likes of Richard Wolf, Conmed, Boss and Intuitive Surgical as a means to reprocess their instruments successfully.
Through using a standard luer lock connection or the distal connectors, the SI PCF can clean every instrument with a channel or lumen.
At the touch of a button, SI PCF starts its standards compliant process; automatically pre-washing, washing and rinsing, finally disinfecting the load to internationally mandated standards.
An RS 232 port makes connection to a printer/computer/traceability an easy way to keep a digital or hard copy of your cycle parameters.
The SI PCF is equipped with a fully locking lid, meaning that the process will automatically halt and re-set if the lid is opened mid-cycle. This important safety feature is designed not only to protect the integrity of the cleaning parameters, but also to minimize the risk of cross infection.
At the process conclusion, the instruments will be free from bio-burden inside and out, disinfected and rendered safe to handle prior to wrapping and sterilization before being used on the next patient.
You can be sure that your instruments will have had the best possible care.
“if it’s not clean, it can’t be sterile.”
