Maximum throughput with minimal labour!

The Air Glide System (AGS) has been developed to automate and improve throughput of multiple Getinge 8666/8668 washer-disinfectors while conserving valuable floor space and minimizing staff intervention. A single shuttle moves smoothly along the soiled side of the aligned washer-disinfectors. Another shuttle operates along the clean side. Wash carts are placed on a loading conveyor at a single point and don’t have to be manually moved again.

When a unit becomes available, the shuttle automatically picks up the next wash cart and delivers it to the open washer. In addition, the AGS automatically sets the washer-disinfector to the correct program to help minimize human error. No supervision is required. If for any reason a wash cart is urgently needed, the system permits manual loading for rush goods.
